Our editorial standard

Use identifiable sources. Separate confirmed information from unknown details. Show meaningful update dates. Never infer fault, injury severity, or identities from incomplete traffic information.

Useful information comes first

Access to guides and tools does not require a legal inquiry. A report request should lead to the official agency’s process, with fees and eligibility explained by that agency.

Transparent about this edition

This edition includes educational guides, browser-based organization tools, official resource links, and eleven state guides. The Texas hub includes distinct Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio resources. An Austin–Travis County incident-feed pilot displays source timestamps and preliminary active crash records. Dallas and Fort Worth also display official incident snapshots with source attribution, duplicate handling, and freshness warnings. Houston and San Antonio use external traffic resources. Licensed vehicle valuations and attorney matching are not connected.

Legal and medical review

No attorney or clinician review is claimed for this edition. Detailed state content requires jurisdiction-specific review before a nationwide consumer launch.
