Your information, explained.

A straightforward explanation of how this first edition handles information.

Browser storage

The checklist and expense tracker use local storage in your browser. Those entries are not sent by this application to a law firm or insurer, and they do not sync across devices. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to see them.

Delete or export

Use Reset progress in the checklist or Clear all entries in the tracker to remove saved entries. Clearing your browser’s site data also removes them. Export the tracker to keep a copy.

External services

External links open independent websites with their own privacy practices. This site uses externally hosted fonts, and the hosting service may process technical connection data to deliver the site.

Resource inquiries and Trendi review

The separate request-information form collects your name, email, accident state, optional accident date, resource category, and consent. It sends these details by email to Trendi Marketing at klee@trendimarketing.com for initial review and a possible response. No law firm receives your request automatically. This is not an attorney-client communication, and a response or referral is not guaranteed.

Contact Form 7 processes the form through this WordPress site. Submitted details pass through our hosting and email services. Contact Form 7 does not itself store a submission archive; copies may remain in the receiving mailbox and service logs or backups. Contact klee@trendimarketing.com with access or deletion requests. Do not submit medical records, policy numbers, Social Security numbers, or confidential case narratives.

The next-step guide remains a browser-only resource tool. It does not submit its answers. Attorney matching and automated sharing with law firms are not active.

Use minimal information

Avoid entering medical details, Social Security numbers, insurance policy numbers, or other sensitive identifiers in the expense descriptions.
